Requirements:
- Personal and handwritten application letter.
- Age: Between 18-45 years.
- Two coloured passport photos and a copy of a valid Kenya National Identity Card.
- Typed Curriculum Vitae (CV) with at least two reference persons and at least two valid employment history contacts.
- KCSE certificate.
- Proficiency in spoken, written, and reading Kiswahili and English.
- Must have a functional mobile phone.
- A letter of introduction from a local area chief.
- Current Certificate of Good Conduct or waiting receipt.
- KRA Pin Certificate, NHIF, and NSSF Cards.
- An active bank account from any bank in Kenya.
- Readiness to work anywhere in Kenya.
- Height: Must be at least 5.8 feet tall (men) or 5.6 feet tall (female).
- Must be able to undergo a rigorous and physically demanding 21-day PSRA approved guards training PLUS a 7-day company-organized industrial attachment before deployment.
- Must be physically fit.
- Strong observation skills and excellent memory retention.
- Capable of demonstrating practical skills related to the job responsibilities.
- Proficiency in computer-based security systems will be an added advantage.
